Neighborhood

Central Seattle neighborhood is literally in the heart of it all - we're close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and a quick Uber ride to all local attractions. The modern residential street offers peaceful respite from the hustle and bustle of downtown, while being extremely close to everything you need. Top 10 things to do within a 10 min radius (Walk or Uber): 1. Watch a fish fly at Pike Place Fish (or catch one as a VIP), or check out the first Starbucks in the world. 2. Stroll to Seattle Fish Guys for lunch - they have fresh seasonal selections of poke, oysters, sea urchins and seafood stews 3. Uber to Seattle Center to check out the Space Needle, Chihuly Glass Museum and Museum of Pop Music 4. Enjoy a cuppa at Starbucks Reserve on First Hill, and watch coffee beans pour out from through massive copper pipes along the ceiling (charlie and the chocolate factory style) 5. Bar and restaurant hop on Capitol Hill - try an infamous Seattle Dog at the end of the night 6. Grab ice-cream at Molly Moon's and Salt and Straw - two local favorites! 7. Explore University District (Sakura season in May) 8. Take photos with the Seattle city skyline at Gas Works Park and Kerry Park 9. Play pool and bowl at Garage, a popular hangout spot with a bar and late night food 10. Check out the Amazon Spheres and Amazon Go in South Lake Union!

We have 1 complimentary off-street parking spot for guests with a car, but recommend Uber/Lyft for getting around to avoid downtown parking fees which can be more expensive than the Uber/Lyft ride (usually under $10). Public transportation is $2.50/person, so for parties of 4 or more it's just as cheap to Uber since we are so close to attractions.
