Per Seattle zoning code, this home may not host more than 8 unrelated guests. Groups over 8 must confirm during booking that there are no more than 8 unrelated individuals. We use a triple-sheet method on all beds (no fitted sheets or duvet covers). This ensures all bed linens are freshly laundered for every guest. Seattle has a generally mild climate, and portable AC is not set up by default. We’re happy to set it up for you upon request on warmer days. Base pricing includes 4 guests. Each additional guest is $15 per night, which helps cover extra utilities, supplies, and general wear and tear. Airbnb should automatically calculate the total based on your guest count. Pets are welcome! A $150 pet fee per stay applies. As we are located near a greenbelt and neighboring yards, you may occasionally see ants or insects—especially during the rainy season. While our homes receive routine pest control, this may still occur. Same-day bookings may result in a delayed check-in if there is a same-day turnover. While we aim for a 4:00 pm check-in, check-in may be as late as 6:30 pm. Please message us to confirm if booking within 24 hours of arrival.
